Congratulations to Colchester Head Chef Paul Boorman for being awarded the prestigious title of Colchester Chef of the Year for the third year running.
The Lounge and Restaurant is open daily from 9am with food being served from 12pm to 8pm. Juniper Restaurant is open for dinner on Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights.

Congratulations to our company Director Thila King for completing this years London Marathon in a super quick time of 5 hours 50 minutes. Thila would like to thank everyone who sponsored her, running for NSPCC Thila raised £2000 but would be grateful for any additional donations small or large.
